Support Hours
Hours are used to cover any assistance that is required by your end-users and their work systems.
- 8×5 – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Excluding all nationally recognized holiday’s.
- Additional charges may apply for work required outside of normal business hours and holiday’s.
Monitoring Hours
These are unlimited and are in action every day. This is how in most cases are able predict issues for our clients before they become problems.
- 24×7 – Around the clock monitoring, including weekends and holidays.
Maintenance Hours
These are also unlimited hours but only apply to the time that is required to download and install Microsoft Windows Updates to your environments systems. Any time required troubleshooting issues affiliated with updates
- Hours are represented monthly on your bill but at no additional cost.
- Applies to both workstations and servers.
